What if my order arrives with damages?
Bella Mosaics is committed to exceeding our customers' expectations. While we strive to ship all products to arrive safely to you, if an item is damaged in shipping, we will issue credit (to your account) for the damaged product. Credits are applied on your next order.
Please retain packing materials and boxes from damaged goods as we reserve the right to issue a call tag for damaged products. You must report your damages to Bella Mosaics within 72 hours of receipt.
Bella Mosaics only ships orders via Fedex Ground. Please count and verify number of boxes prior to signing for shipment. If boxes are missing or appear damaged, please sign "short" or "damaged" on delivery ticket.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the actual charges Fedex Ground charges. If you are shipping to a residential address, you must select residential at the time of checkout to allow Fedex to properly process your shipment. Once you are ready to checkout, you will be able to check shipping rates before submitting your order. Bella Mosaics does not add on any additional fees for packaging or handling.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. If you have a rush order, please contact us directly at 512-268-7383. Please note, we process all orders for packing before 12:00 noon each day. Our warehouse is located in San Marcos, Texas. To view transit time to your destination, please refer to the Fedex Ground map indicating the estimated number of days for your shipment to arrive from Texas.
